Indiana Democrat Sen. Evan Bayh will not seek re-election in November

Bayh, an Indiana Democrat, announced Monday that he will not seek re-election in November. Bayh is the third Democratic senator to announce he is retiring. Dodd of Connecticut and Sen. Byron Dorgan of North Dakota previously said they would not seek re-election. “Congress is not operating as it should,” Bayh said at a news conference in Indianapolis, Indiana, adding there’s too much partisanship and “the people’s business is not getting done.” Bayh said he loves public service, but does “not love Congress” and is “not motivated by strident partisanship or ideology.” SOURCE

Its tough being a democrat when they control both the Senate and the House! Why you ask, because when the democrats vote for the Obama’s Socialist agenda they can not blame anyone else for their mistakes!

  1. The democrats are starting to look like a herd of cows running out a hole in the fence! They should have been thinking about this when they were voting on government take over of healthcare and the cap and trade bills! Oh well, they will have to pay the price come November!
