  1. I’d hold off on getting any madder at TARP recipients. This may be perfectly legal “tax avoidance” of the kind businesses employ all the time. Keep in mind that the Donks on Capitol Hill are now going all out to get us mad at bankers, when we should be mad at Donks on Capitol Hill.
